TERMS OF SALE  

1. All goods are sold as is. No guarantees are expressed or implied with respect to the property, its authenticity, condition, rarity or description.

2. A buyer’s premium of 10 % will be charged as part of the purchase price. A 5 % Massachusetts sales tax will be charged unless buyer has a tax exemption number from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts .

3. We reserve the right to reject any bid. In case of a dispute the auctioneer reserves the right to resell the lot. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and the bookkeeper will be taken as final.

4. All sales are subject to errors and omissions. We reserve the right to withdraw any lots prior to the auction.

5. Absentee bids will be executed and telephone bids accepted at our discression. We will not be responsible for errors or omissions with regards to such bids.

6. The Goods become the property of the purchaser when the auctioneer announces a lot as “Sold”. We will not be responsible for damage incurred by packers or carriers of purchased goods. Shipping lots is the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Goods left over 30 days are considered abandoned and will be resold at our discression unless arrangements have been made with F.B. Hubley & CO.
